Dr. Heater USA assures that our heaters are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty period depends on the specific product and ranges from one to three years.
To activate the warranty, please register your unit by completing the Warranty Form and mailing it back to us, or by filling out the Warranty Registration form online. To keep this limited warranty in effect, the heater must be used and handled as directed in the instruction manual. Please note that this warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence. The specific number of years of the warranty can be found in the Owner's Manual. Please use the product with the equipment specified on the product box to validate the warranty.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If your heater arrives damaged, we would be happy to replace it with a brand new working unit.
